SHIPPING & RETURNS

Due to the nature of the items we offer, we will only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid risk of possible damage that may occur due to weather.
It takes 24-48 hours to process most orders "Any orders placed Thursday-Sunday WILL NOT be shipped until the following MONDAY" (Unless it is a holiday then it will be shipped the next business day.)
Every order will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you will be able to track shipment progress.
Orders will be shipped using USPS OR UPS and once we give the package to the shipping carrier it is in their possession and they are responsible for delivery.
 
Please ensure that mailing address is entered correctly before placing your order. If an incorrect address has been submitted please contact us immediately at kekescandleshop@gmail.com before items ship. 
 
At times the shipping carrier may leave packages at your door or in the mailbox. KeKe's Candles is not responsible for lost, missing or delayed packages due to USPS or UPS. If your item is lost, missing or delayed past the expected date of arrival you  must contact the shipping carrier for a refund or to file a complaint.
 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final but we will be happy to replace products damaged during transit. To request replacement send an email to kekescandleshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Your Name and Address
  • Description of damaged product(s)
  • Picture of damaged product(s)
